Thank you hun. We are with two Agents and to be honest they are both as bad as one another. We don't have and tie in at all, which is a bonus. A friend of ours is an Underwriter for The ABBEY and he has said that house sales are really bad across the board.
I am just hoping that things improve after Easter.

Thats terrible April. How awful for you. I want to sell up next December. Way before we even apply for a visa to ensure we have enough time to sell the house. I want to go as soon as the visa is granted. Its just one thing less that I will need to worry about. Just cant wait until my husband finishes his exams. lol.

Isn't this typical ? Just as we decide we are going to rent we have 2 viewings lined up. Obviously I'm delighted and NOT whinging but Mr Sod and his law have a lot to answer for !
