I watch your post in anticipation that you are going to say you have a buyer. There are some people out there that dont think of what you have done to get your house ready for a viewing, these people are not worthy of buying it anyway. Keep fingers and toes crossed for you, you will get your buyer when you least expect it.

Oh April, what can I say that hasnt already been said!! Dont these people just drive you wild!
I think the idea of advertising yourself may be the way to go - it also gives you a bit more flexibility on price as you wont have to pay agents fees!

Am so disappointed for you. People are so bloody inconsiderate and rude aren't they ? It's not just that you are waiting around and get your hopes up its all the bloody cleaning, tidying and organising before they arrive too.

We're considering renting now ... decisions decisions - hope it does pick up after Easter for you.

Thanks hun, to say I am peeved wouldn't half cover it. I am just glad that Richard and I left the key with the agent on Saturday and didn't cancel our day out, I would have been double peeved (if that is possible)

I am also hoping that things start looking up after Easter because I don't really want the hassle of renting the house! BUT if that is what it takes, then so be it.

It can't be long until you are off? I can't believ we have only got 5 1/2 months left in UK.
