I know you want to hate them , but......

I am going to be the voice of reason here....give them the benefit of the doubt. I bet they were just as excited as you were and found that when they couldn't make it because of the trafific they were really disappointed that they have had to reschedule.

Things like this do happen I was once stuck in traffic going for an exam only a few years ago and as time ticked closer to when I should have been there panic was setting in. when i finally got there I had to be shut away in a room to have my exam resheduled that afternoon.

I know its a stupid storry but things like this happen, have good karma and good things will happen....hhmmmmmmmm (thats me medatating )

I know this is going to upset you guy's as much as it did me but
THEY CANCELLED AGAIN! Yep got a call on the way to football from the Agent saying they changed their mind.

WELL I think it is a Conspiricy Theory from the first viewer She really liked the house, couldn't afford to buy it so is getting all the family to make appointments, cancel, re-make appointment and cancel again.
That way Mr C and I get so peed off when she comes back with a really stupid offer, we are so fed up we say yes! (It could be true you know).

Anyway the Estate Agent have kept a key, and are saying that if anyone wants to view the house they have to go to the Office and be ready to view there and then. If we are in then fine but if not they have a Key anyway.

You gotta Laugh!

On top of that Arsenal played like a bunch of Pansies...........

Hi Angel,

Thank you hun. We are with two Agents and to be honest they are both as bad as one another. We don't have and tie in at all, which is a bonus. A friend of ours is an Underwriter for The ABBEY and he has said that house sales are really bad across the board.

I am just hoping that things improve after Easter.

Oh April can't believe it , what is it with people!! And your theory well hadn't thought of that but you could be right.
See a programme on telly the other week and this couple had their house up for sale for about a year and could not sell it through agents, they then decided to sell it themselves they put it on the internet as there is a private home buying web site and they put posters all around the surrounding area advertising an open day at their house for potential buyers to come and view, anyway they sold the house on the open day they held. Shortly after they had lots of calls from the internet adverting that they had done but they wanted a quick sale so stayed with the open house buyers. They also put the house in the local paper.

Worth a thought!

I am dreading this part and trying to sell the house, think we are going to put it on the market in a couple of weeks.

Thanks Hun, I might have to do something like that. My Sister did suggest trying to sell the house ourself. It is worth a thought.
