It is very frustrating, I am generally a very strong person, but I don't mind telling you I have been in floods of tears tonight, poor Richard took the brunt of it, but has had a BIG HUG since.

We had an offer on the house today from the couple who viewed last night, they are still to sell their flat which is round the corner from us so shant get my hopes up just yet.

We have a viewer booked for Tuesdaya FTB so we will see.

We are with Wards aswell April!!
We have had them round tonight discussing a price drop!!!

There are a few others popped up on the market nr, us and they are lowering prices for a quick sale!!!!!

get another bottle open and don't go making too much mess they will be back tomorrow to buy your house

we have not heard anything from our estate agents today and I have had such a mare of a day that I have not had time to hassle them, working tomorrow too, so I will have to hope they ring and speak to hubby or chase them if I get the chance.

Kaye i was speaking to some one the other day, who bought thier buyers place!!
They got the equity out bought the buyers house, on a buy to let and rented it out. Could be an option!!

Its actually not a bad option but its too much responsibility if anything went wrong.

A friend of mine has sent my house details round to all the NHS staff in the newcastle area today

Maybe we will get something from that.

Flats are starting to move round here now I have seen at least half a dozen close to my house that have sold just recently, so things are picking up on the first run of the ladder.

Just hope there is a knock on effect.

We have dropped the price of our house to undercut everyone so we hope we get good news soon or the other couple do.

Well these people have re-bboked for 4pm this afternoon............yeah right!...lol

Well this time we are going out and giving the key to the Estate Agent. Let him earn his £%

Kdal came up with a good idea to call them 15 mins before arrival and say sorry today is not good for us..... Very tempting indeed.

Instead Mr C is taking me to Lunch then to Watch Arsenal V Middlesborough "come on you RED'S" at least there I can Sing some Chants and get some aggression out of my system. lol
