I am getting really peeved off with all this.
I think I am going to give Wards the Estate Agents the Boot as they have peed me off too. The bloke said he spent 5 mins walking around the office worried about how to tell us these people were not coming! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I am really sorry that you are getting so messed about. We have only had the one viewer, since putting the house on the market about 9-10 weeks ago, and we are totally cheesed off. But making appointments you don't keep is really not on.
I am keeping everything crossed for you. Perhaps it means that they are genuinely serious about your house, and want to see it in it's full glory. I am hoping that that is the case.

It is very frustrating, I am generally a very strong person, but I don't mind telling you I have been in floods of tears tonight, poor Richard too the brunt of it, but has had a BIG HUG since.
