We are applying through Go Matilda and have been very happy with the service and costs. They are very honest and straighforward and don't give false hope as some agents do.

Hi Lisa, yes Kdal is right, we are using them and they have been great, we started this process back in May 07, by mid August we had passed the TRA's with their help, yes we had to get all the references ourselves, but with their help and templates and then checking them over and suggestions we passed, whilst waiting to pass, the visa application form was completed by them, we checked that over and signed it, then it was logged in OZ by the deadline of that time, end August, and they even sent us the tracking number, but then sent us an e-mail, telling us what time it had arrived.
All our questions have been answered by return e-mail, very quickly.
And as Wardy says their MD, Alan Collett comes on here and takes the time to help with people's questions.
I would high recommend them to anyone.

We're using Alan & John at Go Matilda at the moment and everything up to now has been great. They return all my emils straight the way and have sent all documents in the post well before I need them, giving me more time to prepare my documentation. Their fees are reasonable too and the way I see it, if Alan is willing to answer peoples queries on this site then he can't give a bad service as everyone on this site will know about it - TRUST ME, THEY WILL!
We were struggling to find a way to get a route into Oz as my skills were not in demand (Sales & Marketing Director) but I discussed my problem with Alan Collett on this site and he advised that trying to get in on a business visa may be a good route to take. He recommended an Australian business plan company in Melbourne who have done a great job in preparing my business plan for state sponsorship.
So now we are playing that lovely waiting game, can't think of anything else - its driving me bonkers!! if it goes on too long, Australia won't want me because i'll be a mental case!!
I would highly recommend Go Matilda, they seem to be efficient

Aw thanks everyone for your responses, I think thats more or less sealed it for us, think we will give them a go in a few weeks (oh gosh, our dream could become a reality ).
I know this might sound bit daft, but do they deal with people from all over the UK or just certain parts i.e. London etc. We are in Manchester.
