The Rain

Hi , Been looking on the web and it has been raining loads, when we were in Brisbane Christmas before last it rained lots too!!

I don't want to seem to be shallow and know the rain is good for the country etc.. But does the sun actually shine for weeks on end in Brisbane??? Love the sun and although the whole move is not based on the Sun the sun will sure help brighten up our days in Oz!!

Thanks

Thanks for the reply Cal , I didnt realise it was rainy season I thought it was the Oz Summer time!!! See I have loads and loads to learn and everyday (almost) I'm learning something new before we even get there!!

Just watched the Wanted Down Under they were in Perth, there were so many negative things being said about going to Oz and it was quite a surprise that they still choose to go to Australia!!! I suppose once the thoughts in your head you just gotta try it anyway!

We filmed the pilot for the first series and got a free 2 week reccie!!!lol ,yes we came to brissy (although not where the bbc housed us) Gary did take the job offer but moved shortly after to the company that was (on the show) the coastal option. He is still there and gets on great with the lads. The film crew knew i didnt like spiders and well played on it ,they even had Zak saying at one point ''my mum wont move know'' which was total rubbish and they knew it ,,but hehe negativity makes good viewing, lol!! The icing on the cake was the bush walk when i flipped,,my only ''beep'' in the eniter show,we have the unedited version and finished version its great when you watch the two and see how they alter things,,all in all fantastic experience if a little scarey!!lol
