There I've said it. House going on the market tomorrow.

I just wish we could take this beautiful Queenslander with us.

That took one hell of a lot to admit guys. And all I care about is being on the same flight as our Sophie.

Will explain more when I'm less emotional.

What a big decision to make, I'm sure it hasn't been an easy one after everything that you have been through.

Whatever anyone else may think or say, you are obviously doing what you feel is best for you at this moment in time.

All I care about is getting my Choff and J home in one piece.

J tried so hard to make a new life for us, but it has all gone so wrong............. I am sooooooooooo sad. I keep saying give it another week..... another week .... but he has made the decision, you can't keep dragging things out like that when you do not belong somewhere (esp financially) and i fully respect that. And the animal welfare situation in Queensland does my head in (and I am a tough nut)..... this was in todays paper...

What about my dog - how i am going to put her thru another flight (tears)................O. M. G.

Sorry to hear that things did not work out for you. I have been reading the things that you have written on this site and it sounds like you have been having such a bad time... I hope that you will be a lot happier when you get back home. I know that it probably doesn't seem like it now but in a year from now you will be at home with your dog and all of this sadness will just seem like a distant memory...

Try to keep smiling and take one day at a time... at least you know that you have tried it and I am sure that you are richer from the experience.

I feel really sad hearing your news, although I guess it's actually a huge weight off your mind. I hope now the decision has been made you can enjoy a few weeks together just having fun.

I think you are really brave and you are still grieving For your beloved Syd. I am so sorry that things haven't worked out for you. But before you think of returning to Blighty is there any chance that you may consider trying out a move to another part of the country. What about Victoria or south Australia instead? You can tell me to butt out; but you have gone through so much upheaval moving here and I think the vast majority of us struggle under normal circumstances anyway. But because of everything that has happened with Syd the situation is obviously a thousand times more difficult. You are an amazing person who is obviously very passionate about animal welfare and you have shown so much courage and determination in trying to change policy and you have always remained true to yourself and your beliefs. I believe that Australia will be losing a wonderful ambassador for animal welfare, but understand that at the present time your suitaution is just too painful to bear. Sending you and sophie big hugs.
