I swear by Crown relocation ,ive personally used them twice for shipping things here and know a few other familys on here who too have been very happy with them. They arent the cheapest but who cares as long as your stuff arrives on time and in tact. They get the thumbs up off P.I.O anyway,,

We have now unpacked the first half, with witnesses present, and full tea chests have been backed with packing paper and inside we have found for example 1 egg cup in the whole of a tea chest!!! or a flash mop pad out of my bin in a box and 1 light bulb in the whole of a box...No wonder we suddenly needed an extra container!!!

Anyway now we've unpacked the first half we can see exactly what they've done, we must have at least 20 empty boxes full of packing paper with one item inside, and they very cleverly split our furniture so that half came in the first and half in the second so we couldnt even tell them to stick it!!!
Anyway will update again when the 2nd lot finally arrives. But please just take care when booking your removers, this has really put a dampener on things for us!!!

I have to say that I was witness to the unpacking on the above and can 100% say that this is exactly how it was.
To be honest the boxes were not only packed full of packing paper with one item inside, but also the state of the boxes when they arrived was actually quite disgraceful!! How things were not damaged is beyond me!! (Boxes not sealed properly, holes in the boxes with items stciking out) On top of this the items that were listed to be in each of the boxes on the inventory were not!! It was a total mess and certainly something that people should be aware of!!

I can understand as to why they do not wish to be named on this forum as it was far from proffessional IMO!!

We used Robinsons International to ship our belongings over and we have been very pleased with them in every way....from the way we were dealt with in the UK, through to when they packed everything, to when they delivered our belongings!!!!

Deb xx
