Cheesey xmas songs

Just wondering for you guys in oz, do you still get bombarded with all the cheesey xmas songs in the shops etc etc. Do they sing songs about a white xmas etc etc. Just wondering cos if they do this will sure make me laugh.

Yeah, but i'm just picturing myself in speedos, flip flops, (a thong) chucking sausages on the barbie, listening to Bing Crosby's i'm dreaming of a white xmas, while sweat is pouring out of every you know what. lol.

Yep, cheesey songs played in the shopping centres and we got a free cd with songs on when Michael went christmas shopping. The best song I heard described as a Christmas song was one that the kids I was teaching were rehearsing for their concert - Cliff Richard's 'Summer Holiday'. I nearly wet myself laughing.

White Christmas was on carols by candlelight thing last night as well!

I'm picturing Joe Mangle off of neighbours singing something or another, blasting out the radio 10 times a day from September to December. Its anyones guess what sort of tunes they'll be playing. Looking forward to hearing them.

Fizz i don't believe it. They've got bleeding Cliff Richard in oz, there's no getting away from him.
