We have a MODL BN136 visa. We applied 03/05/07, and finally got it 19/12/07. It didn't help that they wanted to send someone to see husbands boss, back in October. Unfortunately they couldn't make it and it took another two months for them to come back. Once they had satified themselves it only took them 2 weeks to grant it. So we could in theroy have got it at the end of October. They interviewed hubby's boss, spoke to hubby and took pictures of him working.
