Here in Newcastle Uk we call them Charvs they have been around donkeys years seem to have been around a lot longer than the newly named Chavs

Nice to know you never get rid of them.

If charvs/chavs wear Burberry/Henri lloyd with baseball caps and bling here, how do you identify them there?
