Computer Help Needed , Please.

Hi All

Something has gone wrong with the settings on my puter when I am in the PiO site.

Down at the bottom of the screen, above where it says "Done and Internet" there should be another bar with Left and right cursor arrow to move the screen around laterally.

It has disappeared, It was there and working this monring but it is not there now. I need this bar because if I need to move a post, I need to be able to click in a box at the top right hand side of the post, so I need to shift the screen to the left a bit. Otherwise I can't get at the necessary box.

When I went into the DIAC website just now, the missing bar magically reappeared.

What do I need to do to get it back on PiO as well, please?

Thanks

Gill

Hi Gill, Just rung my wonderful husband for you and he said some suggestions of what it might be and to try something to see it if helps as he also said it might just be pio site if it is fine on others but here is what he said to try (anything is worth a try)

He said that the post might be overstretched if someone added a pic that is big etc and he said to try changing the resolution to the highest setting by doing this:

Click Right on desktop and select properties then change it to the highest one that the machine can handle then try it, he said thats all he can think of for now hun, Keep me posted xxxx

Hi Lynne

Yes - touch wood it now seems to be OK again, thanks. I was going to give it at least a whole day before coming back to you to say thanks just in case the ruddy thing croaks again but it has been fine when I've had it on today.

Please thank Tony very much indeed for his help.

Many thanks

Cheers

Gill
