My son Bradley aged 12 put a post on last night and although he has had 10 views no one has sent a reply. Does anyone have any children around Brad's age who would be intrested in speaking with him on the site. I thinks he is a bit upset that no one written back.
Thank you for that, poor Bradley felt a bit left out, I did reply to Kyle to let him know that Brad is back at school helping show the year 6 boy's around. He should be back at about 8.30, so I'll ask him to reply.
So you looking at Sydney, is there any reason for that ie job etc?
We are really quite sad Hubby Richard wants to go to Brisbane for the sunshine! I don't mind as long as we all settle.
I also have two Girls Bobbie-Leigh is 17 and Carrie 16.
Whilst typing to you watching Deadly Down Under on T.V snakes and spiders etc, not sure if this is a good idea!
I've 2 daughers aged 10 & 13. I'll ask them to check out his post!! They both posted a post each a few weeks back, again had heaps of views, but no-one replied! I told them to have a look at other kids post and reply to them instead. So thats what they did, have have spoken to a few people that way. It is so dis-heartening for them though...they kept coming home from school and checking, but nothing!! Tell your son not to worry though, it's only been on since last night, so plenty time for replies yet!
Oh, I watched Deadly Down Under too! SCARRY!!!!

He has answered a few post's so hopefully he'll hear soon. It is as exciting for the young ones as it is for us and out of my three, Brad is looking forward to moving the most. He understands that he'll miss family and friends but is really looking forward to attending a scholl over in Oz. What about your two how do they feel?

Hi April,
My 13 year old Lauren can't wait!! She's really looking forward to it. She's wants to learn Japanese in school! 10 year old Robyn has taken a while to get used to the idea, as she didn't want to leave her friends behind. Her 2 best friends have told her that they are going to move over when they are old enough, and they are all going to live together!!! Bless!!! How do your children feel about it?
So where and when are you hoping to go? We're hopefully going to the Gold Coast Summer next year, but depends on the usual...Visa & house sale!

Thats where the work is for my job as a disabilty care worker but after going out in July to Sydney to sort work out i loved it and it felt like home and cant wait til we fineally get there. I have a daughter too who is 8 years old called Chloe and they are both sooooo excited about going
There has been a bit of mixed feeling where the girl's are concerned! The eldest one will be 19 when we go next August. She seems to be coming round a bit more now though. Carrie the 16 year old has decided that Hairdressing is the way to go, left 6th form after only 2 months ahh. But surprised us by geting an apprentiship and a place at an academy where the can fast track her Hairdressing course.
Lauren sounds like a young ladywho knows what she wants! Bless her Japanese ah. Good for her.
Robyn will hopefully settle in well.
I know they have contacted Brad and he was chuffed so thanks for that!
Where do you live now? Do you know when you will be moving and when you start work over there.
I work for Avon Cosmetics' and it should be easy for me to transfer once I know where and when. I have applied for a spouse visa as hubby Richard was born in Parkes NSW, so my process has been different from a lot of people on here. We had our police checks and medicals before the application went in! I think this is because from start to finish this visa is a lot quicker.
We have used an agent from 1st Contact Migration and cannot fault her. Good advise and support.
Hi April
Just been watching I'm a Celeb! Just love it!!
So are your daughters 100% on the idea of going, or have they had their doubts? We thought we'd better do it sooner rarther than later - before Lauren has boyfriends, etc. (hope she doesn't read this - she'll be so embarassed!) We're hoping that we can go before she starts her Standard Grade course work.
Anyway, gonna go now, got to get up at 5.30 for work!
Talk soon
