Question How do you do the flashy writing?
Hello

I know that other people have asked how to do the flashy big writing, but I cannot find the threads with the answers.

Would someone please be kind enough to explain (like I am a child) how to do it? Writing CONGRATULATIONS, like that, seems so dull.
