hi all
well we have done it got a first time buyer for our house :)so its all go now fingers crossed it goes smoothly . now need to think about the shipping and have a clear out .

Hi Haze
We are in the same boat as you. We've first time buyers buying our house and we are waiting on the surveyor now. We've filled the fistures form out and thats gone back so now we are hoping that the survey doesn't reveal anything too off putting to them. The house is 120 years old though so its not going to be perfect but I am a bit jittery about that aspect of it. We are hoping to be gone by January so fingers crossed for you and us!
