We have had a sighting of a great white shark, 5-6m off our local beach, Warnbro near Rockingham, sh***ing it a bit now cos I always said that they would never be in "THIS NECK OF THE WOODS". OMG they are!! SHOULD I or SHOULDNT I go out on the jet ski again ??? It was only a 100 m or so from the beach, bit frightened now guys wot u think? Trying to be well hard infront of the hubbie cos he is well scared ( saw JAWS at too young an age ), oooohhhhhhhhhhhhh bit scared lol !!!

Hi,when we went on the dolphin trip a few weeks ago at Rockingham,the skipper of the boat said that there are sharks about,and he can tell if they are there by the way the dolphins are acting,but you very rarely see them,they don't come to the surface like on the films,they lurk below,waiting for a victim,anyway enjoy the jet skiing.

OOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHH hat makes me feel even worse Diane, think I might be selling the jetski soon, ANY OFFERS SERIOUSLY TAKEN !!!
The sharks migrate from the south to off Broome during Oct to Dec. (yep every year!)The one you refer to was actually a 3m shark that was 3km off shore, so unless you ride your jet ski well out into the ocean I would suggest you keep it....alternatively I'll give you a $100 for it. Regards Graham
