Saw this in emigrate Australia, haven't read it yet but thought it may be helpful....it's a report which is free to avoid costly mistakes and to start a new life guilt free, using an agent or not, and other advice. I think there is a book you can buy for further advice.

I've just bought this e-book on. Think it is absolutely brilliant.
Penny and Neal give brilliant advise on both their experience when they came over as well as loads of great checklists to save loads of time and money.
They also include some personal coaching for one-on-one help.
A great resource - I think it has been very well worth the money paid for it!
