Yippeee back on-line in the sunny Gold Coast

Hi all,

what a few weeks, I cannot put into words how mad it has been, we are been here nearly 7 weeks and I feel like I have lived my whole life here.

We are now in a lovely rental in varsity lakes nice area, central to everything. 10 mins drive from the beach. We did however manage to find a broadband blackspot area and have had a mare getting online. We have eventally had to connect with 3 the mobile phone company and have wireless broadband from them!!

I am lost off what has been happening and who is arriving in the Gold Coast anytime soon. So please post and let me know if you are coming this way would love to meet up with people. It was lovely to speak to Cal the other day and look forward to meeting up soon. I am hoping to meet Terese sometime this week as well.

We are all loving being here soooo happy. Libby has her first birthday in 3 weeks which I am sure will be a little emotional. Ella has started playgroup and in going to kindy one day a week and loves it. The weekends are spent as a family, going to the beach, park etc and its just fab.

Any question give me a shout and will try and help.

Hiya mate ,,told you it was worth the wait didnt i ???lol. It was good to speak to you too but when you come to buy a house ---make sure you can get Broadband,so you can spend more time on here!!!!Glad everything is falling to place for ya,,

Hi Em,

Glad you have settled in so quickly and enjoying Aussie life. We are moving to Mudgeeraba if we're very lucky before Christmas, if not just after, so won't be too far away, and would love to meet up if you have any meet ups organised for when we're out there
