Don't know about the rest of the country but here in Telford it has been a really lovely sunny day....
we have had the paddling pool out for the children
i have done loads of washing and dried it on the line!!! lol
and OH has finished a garden path which we started last year..... (for when we sell)
I can't wait for weather like this to be normal instead of a miracle...
it's not been nice at all hear near Hexham in fact I've got my winter jumper on,
We did have the last 2 beautiful days though and spent it outside. Out 3 year old even learnt to ride his bike without his stabilisers on yesterday , he thinks he's so clever and he's so proud of himself,today he has been riding of the kerb side like his brother and his 8 year old friends without them too.

Lovely weather here in Rushden too. We spent the morning cleaning our bikes and garden tools ready for them to be packed in the container. Made it a lot more pleasant having a spot of sunshine for once!

I can't believe it's been chilly with you!!.... it's been so lovely here... we have a rule the temp has to be above 24 degrees before we get the pool out and it topped that by far here today!!!
well done to your little lad... what a trooper.... it's great to see the kids out enjoying themselves on a sunny day instead of being stuck indoors and board...
It has been beautiful in derby today the sun has been shining should've done my laundry like the rest of you lovely ladies. But busy getting the front of the house ready when the photographer from the estate agents comes next week. I feel like Charlie Dimmock (but I hasten to add that I do wear a bra whilst gardening LOL!!!) spent a small fortune at the garden centre at B&Q but feel that the front of the house looks better now so money well spent. It was so nice to get in the sunshine took my mind off the v word.
Hasn't it been lovely!! We've done the same, paddling pool, washing etc. And like you, we're looking forward to entire summers like this.

Hi Becky... yes it has been nice... i feel well and truely 'sun kissed'!!!
Swimming course starts next Tuesday... till Sat 9 till 6 each day..... i'm going to be shattered!!!... wish me luck!!! lol
