Hi folks
I cant take the credit for these links below, I found them by chance on google ...... (I was'nt looking at another forum atall, honest !!!!!!!!!!!! )
One link is a "To do list" - before you leave & once you get there.
The other link is just a list of useful websites.

lol............. I know what you mean Alex ............ I felt I had to explain myself, I felt guilty too but I actually was'nt looking at other forums (I do a google search and they came up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Really they did !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would never be disloyal to PIO, its the best ................ anyhow, I simply wouldnt have enough time anyway....................
But the links are great and worth checking out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't mind - even if British Expats have banned any links to PiO on their board, the word PomsInOz or the phrase Poms In Oz. They simply want to keep their members to themselves - IMHO that is not what forums are all about!

Try it for yourself on British Expats - Not that I am bitter or anything!

If anyone wants to add useful links here there is a links page found here where folks can add - There are a few I have added that I found useful but I hope you guys will add many many more in due course!

I would'nt dare join another forum, like loads of other PIO members I'm sure...... you get all the info, help, advice, laughs & support anyone could possibly need on here !!!!!!!

I will befrank, i am not keen on B/E site, if i said it was an untidy, mess mash forum, i would hope you know what i mean.

Not that we browse the other sites either but the things to do list really is a great starting point. We have been highlighting things that have been done, marking next to things that need to be done as well as adding our own things to the list.

I don't remember it saying that at 4 weeks to go you should start thinking about the fact you won't sleep, your husband has gone house tidy mad and everyone around you thinks you're just planning a long holiday!

The 'to do' list is also printed in each month's copy of 'Australia & New Zealand' magazine just in case anyone can't bring themselves to look on the B/E site!

I looked around it before (but never joined as it looked to complicated to me) finding PiO and I agree with A&S description too!

Have printed off the 'links' though! which might come in handy, thanks for that Sally-Ann
