Case Officer Update !

Hi guys just to let you know on Friday we heard from our c/o (we were concernered as we never had acknowledgement of our visa which was sent 30th March).
Our police check forms are on the way and our medicals are booked.We could not get in till the 27th September and the med forms have to be in Sydney by the 10th October. So we don't hear anything for months and all of a sudden there is a dead line and it's very, very close !

Thats fantastic news feeling reassured by your post as application sent 6th March and still waiting outcome. Good luck with everything, bet your feeling excited, hopefully it won't be long now. You never know you could be having christmas dinner on the beach!!!

Congratulations alex, you have the same timeline as us sent on the 30th March we got our CO thursday.

Our police checks are done and have to book our medicals yet.

No we havent been given a deadline date, what it did say was it had to be there or started process by 30th August.

Where did it tell you your deadline date of October.

Our visa is a 136 MODL

It's all moving on quickly now then, be there before you know it! It must have been a relief to get a CO if you had never received an acknowledgement!

Hi guys, I haven't been on for about ten days as I was trying to put 'waiting for the case officer' to the back of my mind ,and thought if I wasn't on here every 5 minutes I would forget about it a bit then by huge surprise I would have that great phone call or email, but no, still nothing just an email from our agent to all of his CLIENTS to tell us all to be even more patient and that Aus are only just processing applications form September 2006!!!! obviously this isn't true as you guys have heard (Big congratulations by the way) but I am getting annoyed now and very inpatient is there any way we can contact Aus or do we have to sit back and wait?
Just worried now as a lot people on here sent their application off after us and have recieved case officers!!

Hi everyone,
haven't been on for a while as too busy decorating !!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway we have applied for a 136 modL our agent gave us a deadline it was requested to him by migration some sort of law.I got back to him to tell him that our meds are too late as the blood tests take a long time to come back, so i am having to send my agent the letter from the doctors to prove it is all booked up and he will pass onto our c/o.

Hi neil smith i am sorry it's not happened for you yet but that was how it was going for us, we thought oz had forgot us too! GOOD LUCK.
