I do think that Jo, Cal and Ali are like big sisters, they've been there, done that and ready to share there words of wisdom with the rest of us.
I was thinking of Gill and although she does seem quite mumsy, I reckon she's more like the wise Auntie that everyone turns to for serious stuff!

C'mon peep's ya gotta think that if TB is really gonna be that evil, then we should all gang up on her, hollow her out an use her as the communial BBQ.
