Well everyone I have come across so far seems to call both undies and speedos budgie smugglers but as you have been here longer than me I will bow to your superior knowledge in this matters!!!!

Ooh, ooh, I have one...in SA the word 'root' means jiggy-jiggy. Well, I didn't want to be rude and put f**%, and I loathe that smilie - you know the one.. Anyway, think twice before using the sentence "I'll have a root about for it"!

Oh and my daughter had people asking her to say 'doodle'. We thought it was because she has such a beautiful BBC (BBC in the last century anyway!) accent. Turned out it was because 'doodle' is a boy's winky!!!:)

thats quite interesting LC & Jonzeys cause back in the uk we used the term spunk as in good looking bloke.... all the time, (always call my hubby my hunk of spunk) haha :D
