Sale board just gone up

OMG the for sale board has just gone up outside our house, now it seems things are moving, instead of all the months talking about it it is really starting to happen,

,have mixed emotions, excited and then scared, and than are we really doing the right thing,?
Its funny really, because we live straight across the road from the school and everyone has just sen the sign go up,we have alot of gossip mongers around our way,hee hee the rumours will be rife

I know we are doing the right thing, we all have moments of doubt.

Hi there
We're in the same boat,had the estate agent around this p.m. doing all the measuring etc.
The flat will be on the internet and shop windows in draft form tomorrow to catch the Easter visitors to the Home of Golf.

I Know How How You Feel,when That For Sale Goes Up It All Seems Very Really. We Have Lived In The Same House For The Last 15 Happy Years And We Know Lots Of People Were We Are And It Is So Funny Because I Have Just Been To Tescos To Do My Shop Which Is Not Far Fron Were I Live And I Am A Hairdresser And Work Local, So As You Can Imange I Know Alot Of Pepole , A Lady I Know Came Running Up To Me And Said That She Saw My House Up For Sale And She Told Somebody Else And They Told Her That We Were Off To Oz And She Wanted To Know If It Was True ,it Was A Really Great Feeling To Be Able To Say Yes We Are Off On The 17th Of Sept 07. We Just Want Lods Of Pepole To Came And Look At The House And Want It. My Husband Has Just Phoned Me And Told Me That Our Leaving Party Is Booked For The 17 Aug We Have To Have It A Whlie Before We Go As O/h Brother Is Getting Married Sept 8th Dont Want To Outshine The Wedding Do We. When Are Hoping To Get Over In Oz And Were Are You Gonig ?

Hi Sharon, just about to send visas off, so it will be sit and wait,hopefully before year is out.
Around the Perth area,is where we would like to be.

Great news about the house going up for sale, fingers crossed that it will sell pretty quickly. I'm organising the welcome barbecue at my house so don't change your mind about Perth
