We had the estate agents round a couple of days ago - he told us it is a sellers market at the moment and thought we should sell very quickly.
Good luck guys..So much to do eh!!! we sold ours last year,first buyer dropped out but it went straight back on the market and sold within a week..Now i have a bank account full of money that is crying out to be spent and for the first time in my life I am resisting...

Good luck with the house sale.We have everything in place visas,a place to stay ,just gotta sell the house.It has been up for a few months seems like we are on the waiting game again ,but got to keep our hopes up.
