hi everybody! just thought i would share my good news with you, we found out today that our meds are all good and were sent off to sydney two days ago! although when i phoned the surgery two days ago they said the results hadnt even arrived yet!! bloody typical...i have stressed two days extra.....so much that a gland has swollen in my neck!!!! (seems to happen when i get worried!!!!!!! )
good news because the doc(he's an aussie) noticed our file number and said oz immi had accepted us regarding that we pass meds of course, which we have done! so the champagne is chilling and i am waiting for my boyfriend to finish work and come celebrate.
we are planning on leaving uk in aug, travelling for a few months and ending up in oz for late nov/dec.
cant wait guys! just to let you know we lodged our application 18th dec.
Just wanted to say congrats and what an idyilic way to start off your new life by travelling first.
Joanne

thanks guys x thank god for this forum i have been addicted for weeks it has helped the wellbeing of my mind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
well, our agent told me that oz had requested our medsand pc's she never mentioned a co, and i never asked (too excited at the time that it was all progressing) you got me thinkin now, maybe we havnt got a co yet!!!!!!!! ****!! as for the doc he seemed totally clued up and was talking about moving back to his native tasmania asap. he talked briefly about file number and said 'you see your agent wont tell you this but it looks like oz have accepted you already as long as your meds are all good'
