what do you give,and what do you get out of pio

i like to think i give relevant experience about living,and working in australia on a practical level,which is based on living,and working in both the UK and australia over the last 8 years so, i like to think i have a reasonable balance on both countries--what i get out of pio is meeting some real nice people,and enjoying my time with them,also there are so many differing points of views on here it stimulates me,which is i feel a good thing--so what do you give,and what do you get out of pio

Much the same as you Alan. All a bit daft really, but I honestly reckon that the people I have met on here have taught me a heap. How to be more understanding, compassionate and above all else. When I look at some peoples lives I truly appreciate what I have. There are people on here whose lives are bloody difficult, cancer, death, little ones ill, etc, etc, the list is endless. So it HAS truly made me appreciate all that I have and indeed don't have.

i think you bring heaps to PIO and it wouldn't be the same without you and when you went missing - or should i say when you were banged up in Boggo jail in OZ for sheep abuse, i felt PIO lacked something and thats why i started the - Where is sh7tman thread?

Anyway i think i bring plenty to PIO, CHARM, WIT, PANACHE'

Sorry thats someone else. No i bring a bit of laughter, fun, banter and encouragement to those trying to get to best country in the world.

I do every so often get embroiled in the dark side of PIO and it just isn't me and i am now avoiding the negative posts, i can't be serious enough to be negative and i obviously come across as being flippant and uncaring.............which is a correct analogy, because i can't be really serious, i'm like a needy kid.

Anyway i love Australia and hope one day to live there, but.....................i love my life in the uk and either way things are great, so bottoms up and toodle pip.

In all honesty I take more from the site than I give - as I have not yet moved to Australia I can't really give advice on what I don't know.

When I get to Australia I will hopefully be able to give good advice to others.

that boggo jail incident was just just a remand sentence for public saftey,and as well you know jim from our PMs all charges were droped after i got that top baaaaaaaaaaaarister from sydney--enough said on that particular time in my life,but i still insist someone spicked me drink

I am with britchick and whitelaw, not sure I contribute much but have done the quiz and had a few chats with peeps and thoroughly enjoying chatting to everyone and hope it is reciprocated. lol
