GOODBYE UK and HELLO OZ

Hi everyone.
So the container has left and we are flying out to Sydney tomorrow night. Had my leaving do yesterday and cried buckets. Can' wait to start our new adventure though!

Just wanted to say a quick THANK YOU to everybody on PIO who gave us good advice over the last few months and got us this far. No idea yet when we will be back online. Will miss you all till then...

The goodbyes are always difficult. i'm actually off back to Europe/Uk tomorrow as well after being here for 2 years now, and looking forward to catching up with everybody, and making them all jelous

but i'll be heading back "home" in just over 3 weeks.

Good luck! Give us a wave as you fly over - we live a bit south of Sydney airport and hear the planes go over. I often wonder how many people are on the flights coming one way to start a new life just like we did.

How exciting. My heart is jumping around at the thought of it all!

We fly on Saturday, but only going for 4 weeks. Will be in Sydney for 10 nights. Warm it up a bit for us!

Hope your journey and the final goodbyes go well, and that you soon settle into your new life.

Make sure to give some good updates when you can!

I am all excited now!

Will have a 2 week holiday before OH starts work and the kids start school. Will post arrival report on house/car and first impressions as soon as we have internet. May have to sit a McDonalds with free WiFi for a long coffee!!!
