Working holiday visa's
Does anyone know if there is any problems with the 'working holiday' visa's. What with all the recent changes, has there been any changes with these visa's.? I am going to Perth on a SS visa with my husband and kids. My brother has been wanting to go to OZ for a while now, and is now hoping to get a working holiday visa and to travel the same time as us. I think it will ease us all in to the distance thing!!! Now, when we looked into the whole visa thing, he is ok to get a 1yr working hoilday visa. We know it only takes a few weeks to get and it only costs around £100. But has any of this changed?

Hey!
I've not heard of any changes. However, you can always contact the Visa Bureau just in case.
The good thing about the holiday visa is after the 12 months, your brother could work for fruit picking plantation (as an example) for three months then apply for an extension - for another 12 months!

Thank you claire,
Up until now we have been doing our own visa, and boy! that has been hard work. We haven't really been keeping an eye on the 'working holiday visa's'.
