a friend is in but wife and kids not help

i have a friend who has got a job in oz but his wife and kids are not allowed in by his work does anyone know how they can get in while he is working there. any advice would be most welcome thanks.

Hi, Im afraid I can't help but it might be useful for those in the know, to know what job your friend has been offered and on what visa.

Never heard of this before!!??, Surely his work can't have a say who he puts on his visa.
