      Quickest way into Aus

Can anyone advise what the quickest way would be for my brother and parents to come and stay in Auz permanently.

We should have PR in the next couple of months and my brother and parents want to migrate here. Brother is 29 yrs old (I have a sister in USA so do not pass family balance test) and parents in late 50's. Brother manages pizza store but only has academic quals to age of 16.

They all live together. I have searched immi website but not sure which route is the most suitable and what timescales we ay be looking at.

17.04.08 - ASPC confirmed that medicals have been cleared.

      Hi JRaj

There isn't a visa that would get your Parents to Oz along with your brother or vice versa.

Your brother would need his own visa. As he is 29, could he get a wWorking Holiday Maker Visa and then hope for Sponsorship once he is in Oz? He still has enough time to get a second year on a WHMV. Please see here:

Visa Options - Working Holiday Makers - Visas & Immigration

Could your Parents afford an Investor Retirement Visa? Please see here:

      Investor Retirement (Subclass 405)

If not, could they (and would they) take a chance on a Student visa - you can have more than one - whilst they wait to see whether your bro is able to get PR in Oz? If he can get PR in Oz then your Parents would be OK on the Balance of Family test.

      Best wishes

      Gill
