Notice given, flights booked party venues booked

We've done it. As you can see from the above. We actually did it on Friday, but we were saving the annoucement until we'd been to see Sheena tonight (we met through PIO).

When I gave my notice I had two letters, one was serious and the first one I gave in simply had "Dear Mr Johnson, I QUIT , Lots of Love, Frank". That went down so well it's up on the notice board. When I got home, we booked the flights then I sent a text to most people in my directory and got back plenty of abusive (but in the fun way) texts back. Saturday we've booked a venue for the kids for the Friday before we go (OMG 100+ teenagers ) and on the Saturday it's our turn . For both parties we are having it as a theme night, you either come dressed as an Ozzie or a Brit. I can't wait to put my thong on (sorry I ment thongs).

Lovely to meet Sheena, Phil and Jamie again tonight and the best of luck with your journey to Cornwall this week and then your trip to Brissy and couple of weeks later. See you over there in MAY .

Congratulations on the 'final leg' in the UK - just the actual leaving to go now (lots of tissues at the ready). Don't forget to buy some message books for your guests to use at the party.
