On-line applic??? Questions???

Can anyone help me please? Just a few questions for you.
1. Where is the on-line applic checklist.....found one for paper applications, but not for the on-line applications.
2. Do you ever have to send the originals in the post if you apply on-line? I was hoping to use the photos I've scanned in, for the medical and x-rays.
3. Did you just scan in the form 80?

In response to your questions.
1. you do get a checklist after you have submitted your online application, but for preparation purposes you can use the paper one which works pretty well.
2. you shouldn't need to send paperwork if you have submitted an online application and scanned the stuff in. however you will need 2 photos for your meds.
3. i did just scan in the form 80 and attach it. couldn't figure out whether I was supposed to or not. Anyway, can't harm it can it ?
