      We have a case file number & Case Officer

      Last week my OH sent off his finalised application form for his Spouse Visa - last night we saw they had taken the payment from our account and then this morning he received a letter with his case file number and the name of his case officer - it is now official and the legal process has begun!!!!!!!!!!! He was hopping with excitement - careful Skippy

      Next week he goes for x-rays and within 2 wks of that he has his medical with the panel doctor. We understand the spouse visa doesn't take as long as other visas and we both really feel for those of you out there who have been waiting months even years to get through this process.

      Pre ack & money taken 12/12/07 - at last.......
      Full ack and file number 4/1/08
      Police checks requested - 14/1/08
      Case Officer - 30/1/08 - OMG
      Meds done - 12/2/08 - Police checks back - 14/2/08 (both)
      All doc's sent to C/O 27/2/08 - Meds passed 10th March
      VISA GRANTED 1st May 2008 - YESSSSSSSSS

      1st TRA application, Nov 06, as a Childcare Coordinator came back positive as Hairdresser so...........

      TRA ack 20/03/ app 27/04/07
      Visa lodged 14/05/07
      PC back 10/07/07
      visa ack 14/08/07
      C O 26/09/07 (11/09/07)
      meds arrived 22/10/07
      VISAs granted 14/12/07
