as I was going to say before I was so rudely interrupted by a stray finger on the keyboard that somehow posted my message ...................

we had our first viewer today

they offered 20k below, we put it on high to see what response we got, the market is all over the place at the momment, so not surprised

I have told the agent that we want to see what happens over the weekend before we make any decisions, but we would have to seriously consider if he came up to 5k below what we are asking (or even 10k below)

this buyer has no chain and would be happy to move mid Jan (have told agent we do not want to move before xmas) sounds too good to be true

we have not completed a list of what is staying or anything yet!

Not fantastically happy with the agent after he failed to turn up to take photos etc on Sat, came Monday and I told him I wanted it in the paper this week - local paper came today - not in there, the fact that we may have a buyer is beside the point, what if we did't? it would be another week before going in
