HI ALL, WE ARE HOPING TO BE IN OZ FOR NOVEMBER TIME, MYSELF OH AND MY 3 CHILDREN, THE QUESTION IV GOT IS.......... HOW DOES MY EX THE CHILDRENS DAD MAKE PAYMENTS TO ME FOR THE CHILDREN WHEN IM IN OZ? THANKS JANE X

Hiya Jane, To be honest I know nothing about this type of thing but my sister does still have a UK account which she uses although she lives in Oz, could this be an option for you? Maybe your ex could have a standing order that goes straight into your UK account.
There might be some better ideas that peeps on here will come up with

I know that the CSA over here in Australia receive the maintenance from the father (if not voluntary sometimes at source from wages) and then send it on to the UK in a form of a cheque for you to pay into your bank. I presume it works the other way around to.
