Its changed slightly since we trailed it but generally the idea is for welcoming people to the forum, helping them out with where to post (so many different forums it can be a bit overwhelming for newbies) and answering any general queries. Also helping with reporting stuff if they notice it, like a thread being in the wrong section, spam posts and so on. Originally Posted by Ptp113
Its not modding or anything to do with that side of things. I kind of look on the forum guides as the meet and greet crew who are happy to try to help people out around the forum :)
