Single parent
Hi I am new to this forum and was wondering if anyone could offer me some advice.
Myself, my husband and my son were soon to begin the process of applying for a skilled migration visa to come over to Oz as I am an accountant. My husband has left me and I am still thinking over coming over with my son but am now a bit worried as I will have no support and will have to rely on the after school clubs and childminders for holidays etc
I was just wondering if there are any single parents out there who have moved to Oz and how difficult they have found it, is it worth it or should I put my dream on hold for a few years until my son is a bit older or if I might have to give it up altogether.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Your first port of call is two fold......
1) do you qualify for a visa?
2) you need your sons fathers permission in order to leave the uk with him.
Good luck
