Hi Everyone, Firstly I would like to say thankyou to everyone that has sponsored us so far for our 12km City to Surf walk.

Secondly I wanted to update you all with the fundraising I have been doing in Secret Harbour for Red Nose day......between the Shopping Centre and Comet Bay Primary school we have raised just under $5000 for Sids and Kids!!

We still have our sponsor money from our walk and at the moment it is just under $1000......

SO Thank you everyone and I hope some of you are still waiting to sponsor us! lol

Well here I am again!!! Only 20 days till we set off for our City to Surf walk here in Perth. I am looking forward to being part of this magnificent event and also to raising as much money as we can for SIDS and Kids. You can help by making a donation through the donation page (link below)...it is easy to do even if your not in Australia.......every cent helps. So please just take a moment to read my story and maybe pass it on to friends......this is something that you really do not even think about until it squares up to you and smacks you at full force in the face!!! So even more than money is the awareness that all babies are at risk, not just someone else's.

I was just reading Britchixs thread about how our lives have gone in 2 years.......well 2 years ago I expected to have a 2 year old running around and causing mischief but sadly SIDS saw things different and decided to change my life forever.....never would I in a million years of thought this would happen to us...but it did.

Today I received a phone call asking me to do a phone interview for my reasons for doing the City To Surf!! Wow how nervous was I. Sadly she had no idea what SIDS was or who SIDS and kids were.... so if nothing else I have done what I set out to achieve.... Awareness, as she now knows what SIDS is!
