What's the cheapest way to send a parcel to the UK?

Hi, I found Australia Post really expensive, what's the best way to post a parcel back to the UK?

Depends when you want it to get there.

My MIL uses surface mail, takes 3 months on a ship give or take. Much cheaper than anything else. She posts stuff that doesn't have to hurry or is too heavy to send airmail. However, if you miss the cut off point then you have to wait a while for the next ship. So check before using this option when you'd need to post by to have it arrive around a certain date in the UK.

If its not too big ask someone on here going back to take it then post it in the Uk
