worry over selling the famiy home

When we moved from sale to rental our estate agent said he would have us a tennant in a month, six weeks on, only 2 viewing and I leave in two weeks!

Its a 3 bed detached in a really nice area, no idea whats going on....

I don't understand that, I rented a house in Sheffield not long ago and the market was red hot.... Anything decent got snapped up

Have you tried using one of the specialist letting agents like Mike Jolly?

Using one of the national estate agents, but we are 10 miles out, houses in HIllsborough are being snapped up... apparently...

having awful trouble selling our house in the UK. been on market for nearly 2 years, sold it 4 times and today the 4th one pulled out again :(
have an 11 year old due to go to secondary school next year and a 16 year old about to take gcse's, was hoping to be in perth for the new school year in feb, but not looking like we're ever going to get there!
feeling very low and very dispondent

You must feel so sick, so sorry for you, the whole UK is a mess at the moment. I move out of the house this weekend, but no buyer or tennant as yet.... flights booked, I am going, just going to be a tough time paying a mortgage and rent!
