Where to park in sydney for the manly ferry?

Just after a bit of advice, we will be coming up to sydney next weekend and want to take the ferry to manly and were just wondering the best place to park. We parked not far from chinatown last time and walked up to the opera house but would like to park a bit nearer if possible to save some time - we also paid $38 as it was a friday - is it cheaper on a the weekend?

Hi,
We normally park in Darling Harbour (did this weekend) its $25 approx for the day, then just catch the ferry from darling harbour to circular key & where you wanna go i.e. manly from there.
