Hi all,we will hopefully be in the area by September/October time.Just asking if it is easy to secure a rental or is there fierce competition,I've heard from other places that it's a nightmare to get one that they have to pay 6 months bond up front just to get the place.We haven't got lots of cash with us so we will probably be staying in a serviced apartment or any cheap accomodation we can get and look for rentals ASAP.Any recommendations where to stay around these areas please?

They have a " buy" and " rent" sections on them and you can stipulate what particulars and areas you want and it will search all available property for you.
