Cronulla??

Hi, what is it like to live here. Its one area of sydney i have never been to yet and people keep saying how nice it is with beaches and a train ride to city. we are thinking of moving down to sydney and this is a possibility along with beach areas north of manly.

Thanks

cronulla is a easy ride to the city with the train service whereas can it can be a hassle from the northern beaches as it is mostly a bus ride. alot more beaches to choose from on the north and nicer than the cronulla stretch also.

Hi Cronulla is a lovely area similar to Manly but not as busy it has a nice paved shopping area with street cafes a supermarket and 2 lovely beaches both with surf rescue patrols, the rsl building is glass fonted and looks out over the sea there is a fairly big surf but there is also a sea pool for people who don't like the surf. There are plenty of good restaurants and nice play areas for children.
The big shopping centre is in Mirandah which is a shot drive/train ride away
