I will check with hubby (he has known this area since 1994) im not sure but i think these homes are re -locatable like a holiday/weekend homes

Hi Ken,
There is quite a few of them sites, i pass one most days in between Terrigal & Erina - just cant remember the name of it at the mo (but a friend of my hubbys lives on there)
I suprized graham$nic havent replied to your Greenpoint thread, they live in Green Point & have just brought a house there, we also have some other friends who have brought in Greenpoint too.
So i only ever really go to their houses - not sure what else is in Greenpoint apart from shops & schools. Perhaps you could pm graham$nic - im sure they will reply to you.
