Question Nsw Or Adelaide

Hi everyone I was just wondering if any of you can tell me what the weather is like in nsw , and do you think its better than Adelaide , weve heard that its alot more humid at NSW than in Adelaide , but it get really cold in the winter.
we are thinking about moving to wollongong area in NSW so it would be nice to hear from anyone from there.
Ive been on weather sites but they cant always be trusted about the weather.
Knowing a little bit about the weather would help us make a lttle more on deciding between NSW or Adelaide.
many thanks in advance Dawn77

Hi dawn, look at the pics of Wollongong on the Sydney suburbs thread further down the NSW page.
Wollongong & Adelaide are just about on the same lattitude, so there is not a lot of difference really with the temps, we get humidity in summer, but that's all, and anywhere in the Illawarra area, which includes Wollongong is at the most, 20 mins from the beach, but there isn't much work around from what I hear, but I don't know anyone that is unemployed.
Adelaide is a cheaper state to live in, but wages are lower too, whereas NSW is the most expensive state to live in, especially Sydney, but the Illawarra still has homes for sale around $300,000, especially around the Shellharbour area.
Can't be much help to you about Adelaide, because I've never been there.
