Hello, thank you for your reply!! we have just sent our documents also about a week ago! we know of some people who live in Harrington park, they say that it is lovely! We are thinking of maybe moving to harrington park as it looks lovely!! Do you know how far away it is from sydney and to the beach please? Also, what about house prices and rental prices, is it expensive?
Many Thanks

there away at the moment, but come back saturday, I will pass on your email and ask them to reply directly, It sounds like a great area to live, I dont think we have enough money for Harrington Park and are looking at Currans Hill, or maybe Camden, I go on this web addresses to look at house prices, it also tells you how far away from Sydney you are Real Estate, Property, Land and Homes for Sale, lease and rent - realestate.com.au
Hope this helps!!!.

Hi
We are renting at Mount Annan, a few Km's from Harrington Park. We have only been here for 3 weeks but really like it down here.
At the moment we are looking into buying and acre plot just outside Camden and building but if this proves to expensive then Harrington Park is one of the suburbs at the top of our list, along with Bridgewater (south Camden) we are also quite happy with Mount Annan (just not our rental!) it has everything we need, all close by (schools, swim centre, shops).

Campbelltown is about 7km fron HP, this has a nice town centre and a lovely shopping mall Macarthur Square Macarthur Square , Liverpool is 30mins away with no traffic, and Sydney is an hour on the train from Campbelltown and cost us $9 return on Saturday, kids $2 and you only pay for one, bargin!

I really like it here, I like the green-ness, when travelling between these areas there are nice open fields in between. Although I'm sure that'll change as more and more houses are built.

My Hubby works nr Bankstown and it takes him 35 mins in the morning (leaving at 6ish) and anything from 45mins to 2hrs at night! (crash, brakedown, road works?!?!?).
Where will you be working?

Anything else you want help with just yell.

Sam x

Oh yeh, beach. Cronulla 50-60mins going (got lost everytime I come home so takes me hours!) and Austinmer about 45mins (I think).

They are all about 5-10km from each other, Camden, Narellan, Elderslie, Mount Annan, Harrington Park, Spring Farm, Bridgewater, Currans Hill.

Hi Samozsoon

Its really great to know of someone else live's in that area, hopefully you will be able to answer some questions that I feel I cant really ask my Relo's!!!, I have 3 children under the age of 2 and need to be somewere they have play centres/Parks and shops within walking distance, I have stayed with family in Camden and liked it but thought it was alittle quiet, Is there another subburb close by which is alittle bigger and a few more shops, My relo's recon we should go for Currans Hill, but I like the house prices of Mount Annan and Spring Farm??.
Thank you
