Sydney Outer Western Suburbs

I just received an email from a Sydney Western Suburbs Real Estate Agent, with the following properties for sale, so it may give some of you some ideas of prices in the Sydney Outer Western Suburbs.

This area is about 45km West of Sydney CBD

My own NSW property is not listed with them, but is a 5 bed, 2 bathroom, 2 kitchens, 2 laundries, 2 livings rooms, in St Clair, and went on the market this week for $399,950.
It is currently rented out to two families, as it actually two seperate brick buildings, for $420pw in total. ($260 for the 3 bed house and $160 for the 2 bed house)

Good point, it doesn't mention that. But most in that area are on about 700-800sqm. I lived there myself till the end of 2002, and there were very few established properties smaller than that at the time.

Our one down there is on 727sqm, which is about an average sized block.
