Area's

Hi Laura

Don't know if this help's, but Gymea down in Sutherlandshire is agreat place as is Grays point ,and there are still deals to be able to get on property around there.. The surounding area's have very good schools and the local ameanties are within walking distance ,station shops , and you can get into the city in thirty min's. Very good links to all the city and beyond.

Have a great time

John and Ang

Thought someone would have replied by now but it has been school hols. The only thing I can tell you about Holsworthy is that there is a large Army Camp there- that and that it is fairly bush I think.

Thanks Mary Lou - That was the only thing I knew though as we are looking at moving there for my partner's job - in the army! If I were to work in central Sydney what kind of commute would it be? We don't know whether to live next to the base or get somewhere that's closer to the centre. I have printed out a map of the surrounding suburbs and there seems to be a lot of green & river on the map which looks great. Any parts of that area to avoid? All help v much appreciated, thank you.

Holsworthy is a long way from Central Syd- wasted time wise- public transport is not the best. Don't know what work you do but you might be better looking at Liverpool for employment. I don't know much about the surrounding suburbs really but from what I've read Cabramatta (North of Hols) would be one to avoid. I'm not much help am I? lived out of the city for 20 years- sorry. :? All the best and feel free to ask whatever. Mary
